About
Who runs NoFelons.org
NoFelons.org is a project of Arizona Civic Access Institute, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation for nonpartisan civic education and research. The Institute preserves, indexes, analyzes, and publishes judicial, administrative, governmental, and community-governance records so Arizonans can find, read, and understand them. It also builds the archives, databases, and software that make that possible.
Our projects
- AZ Court Watch: Public Arizona courtroom audio and video, hearing calendars, and case records.
- AZ HOA Watch: Arizona HOA administrative decisions and related court records.
- NoFelons.org: Education on Arizona community-association governance and amendment procedures.
How we work
- Nonpartisan. We do not support or oppose candidates or political parties.
- Record first. We identify or link the source, and the official record controls.
- Independent. It is not affiliated with any homeowners, condominium, or community association, the Arizona Department of Real Estate, or any other government agency.
- Correctable. Send corrections to [email protected].
